Privacy policy for this Lizaro information site

Effective from 22 October 2026. This policy covers the independent information site about Lizaro that you are reading. It does not cover Lizaro itself, which is a separate service with its own rules. The policy is organised by what you do on the site, because the data involved changes with each action.

Who is responsible for your data here

The editors of this site decide what personal data it handles and why, which makes them the controller for the situations described below. The site is not run by Lizaro, and Lizaro does not receive anything from us about you unless you choose to click through to it. For any question about this policy, write to [email protected].

If you only read a page

Like any website, this one receives the technical information your browser sends when it asks for a page: typically the address of the page requested, the date and time, and details of the browser and device. That information is needed to deliver the page and keep the site working. We do not ask you to register, create an account or log in to read anything.
If cookies or similar technologies are used on the site, those that are strictly needed for the page to function are used without asking, and any others are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw. Your browser settings let you refuse or delete cookies at any time.

If you write to us

When you send a message to the contact address, we receive your e-mail address, the content of the message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you, to check a figure or correction you have raised and to keep a record of what was changed and why. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running an accurate information site and replying to those who help improve it.
A message is kept for as long as it is needed to deal with the question and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the same point comes up again. If you would like it deleted sooner, say so in a new message and we will remove it unless we must keep it for a legal reason.
Please do not send us copies of identity documents, payment details or Lizaro account passwords. We cannot act on an individual Lizaro account, and we do not need those details to answer a question about a figure on a page.

If you follow a link to Lizaro

Links to Lizaro take you out of this site. From the moment you arrive there, Lizaro handles your data under its own rules, and this policy no longer applies. Lizaro may verify identity, age, residence and source of funds before and after deposits and withdrawals. The documents it names are an identity document, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment methods used, due within 30 days of a request, and third-party providers may run parts of the checks. None of that comes to us.
So the questions “what does Lizaro do with my documents” and “who sees them” belong to Lizaro. Its Help Centre category My Account & Verification and its 24/7 live chat are the place to ask.

If you are a reader in the United Kingdom

For UK readers, the processing described here is subject to UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you and for a copy, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased where the law provides, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive data you gave us in a portable form. You can make any of these requests by e-mail to the contact address.
If you are not satisfied with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk, which can also be reached on 0303 123 1113. You are welcome to contact us first, but you do not have to.

Who else may handle data on our behalf

A website needs hosting and e-mail services, and the companies that provide them may handle the technical information and messages described above on our behalf and under our instructions. Where such a provider is outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards that UK law requires for the transfer. We do not sell personal data and we do not hand it to Lizaro or any other casino.

How a rights request is handled

We reply within one month of receiving a request. For a complex request, or several at once, that period can be extended, and we say so within the first month. There is normally no fee. Before we release or change anything we confirm that the request comes from the person the data is about, so say which page you were on and what you did when you write, which helps us find the data faster. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is one more reason not to send sensitive documents to us.

Readers under 18

This site is for adults. Customers must be over 18 to join Lizaro, which lines up with the minimum gambling age of 18 in Great Britain. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes in a way that matters, the new version replaces this one on this page, and the effective date at the top changes with it. Reading the date is the way to tell which version you are looking at.
